All packages (excluding dry hire) include a fully stocked bar with staff to attend to your every need. We will endeavour to arrive the day before your event to ensure the bus in place and need at least 4-5 hours before the bar is in service to ensure all fridges, coolers and drinks are at the perfect temperature. Package choices are as follows:
Your guests will pay for their own drinks as they would in a ‘normal’ bar.
You put a certain amount of money behind the bar for your guests to use, once the bar tab has reached its limit we will revert to a cash bar for your guests to continue buying their own drinks.
You pay for however many drinks you wish. We will provide you with drinks tickets to give to you guests, they will use these for their drinks until they run out when we will revert to a cash bar for your guests to continue buying their own drinks.
If you would like to hire the bus without any stock or staff this is also an option. We are happy to ‘lend’ you the bus. We will bring the bus to your event the day before, talk you through how it operates and leave it with you to stock and staff. If you would like us to provide staff this is possible at an extra cost.
